We cannot provide any refunds or credits for non-attendance of Members or their guests
We cannot provide a refund for a guest badge should the guest become a Member. If the guest wishes to have a Member’s badge, they may make the change on the day at Ticket Office West or Car Park 1 Office, however there will be not be a refund for the difference in cost.
